Whether your group needs to be picked up at the airport, taken to the opera, or driven to a national monument, we can make sure that the transportation provided is the best to suit their needs. Deluxe coaches, mini-coaches, passenger vans, limousines, private sedans and open air trams are all available to assist your group in getting around Santa Fe, Albuquerque and other destinations in New Mexico.

Albuquerque International Airport is approximately 60 miles from downtown Santa Fe and the Santa Fe Airport is 10 miles. Transportation times can vary depending on airport delays, traffic conditions, and weather, but you should plan on two hours from landing in Albuquerque to arrival at your Santa Fe hotel and 45 minutes from landing at the Santa Fe Airport to arrival at your Santa Fe hotel.

Meet & Greet Services

If meeting a large group at the Albuquerque Airport, our staff will be located at the Group Desk in the baggage claim area, directly in front of the escalators, with signs stating the company or conference name. If you choose to have individuals in your group met at the passenger exit point (outside of the gates next to security), our staff will be waiting in the hall outside with the passenger’s name. All passengers will then be either directed or escorted to the baggage claim area, and then to their transportation.
